Education: Law School, University of Chile, Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences.

Admitted to practice in 1995. Postgraduate degree in Business Labour Law from the University of Chile; Diploma in Collective Negotiation and Labour Relations from the UAI.

Professional with over 20 years of experience as a lawyer. Specialist in Individual and Collective Labour Law, with extensive knowledge in Union Relations and solid experience in cross-sectional areas of Human Resources in large companies with high operational staff.

He has served as a lawyer at the National Labour Directorate, providing advisory and training functions, and has developed his career in the area of Labour Relations, in large private companies, such as Turbus, Johnsons, KPMG, SMU and Farmacias Ahumada.
