Other Activities: Arbitrate for the Arbitration and Mediation Center at Santiago’s Chamber of Commerce. Founding partner of of the Chilean Association for International Private Law.
Publications: Author of several publications, including the following books: “La obligación natural como elemento moralizador de la relación jurídica en el Código Civil Chileno” (1982), a book that the Pontifica Universidad Católica de Chile’s School of Law distinguished with the Pedro Lira Urquieta Award; “Curso de Derecho Internacional Privado”. Parte General (2004); “Derecho Internacional Privado” (2016).
